Monitor the frequency 28.2 MHz. There are a series of beacons which transmit in succession and send cw at 22 wpm. They identify and then send 4 dahs. The first is at a 100 watt level. The next is at a 10 watt level. The third is at a 1 watt level and the last is at a 100 milliwatt level.

The series repeats on a 3 minute interval with the following stations transmitting:
